Below are a few of the many flexibility exercises that can be done by using Miami Stretch Ladders.


Any stretch /strength or any other kind of exercise that requires climbing up the stretch ladders, are dangerous and can cause serious injuries.  Under no circumstances do we encourage any child to perform these exercises alone.

Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult.
